Business Challenge: Design and perform a global Organizational Readiness and Stakeholder Assessment for a multi-phase, multi-year global SAP implementation, the largest implementation of its kind ever undertaken by GM, and recommend risk mitigation strategies.

Identify gaps in the Census Bureau’s 2010 strategic plan and recommend solutions to streamline and reengineer the Bureau’s master address file operations and associated maps to increase cost-efficiency and data accuracy.

Business Challenge: Design and manage Project Vote Smart's (PVS) Young Voters Pilot Program providing non-partisan information to young voters on candidates running for public office, thereby increase young voters participation in the election process.
Results: Through a strategic "community outreach plan", reached out to 10,000 young voters. Voter turnout was 4.4 times higher than in the May 2002 primary election and 1.2 times higher than in previous off-presidential year statewide general election (1998).
